Project name: New and old kinetic energy industrial park

Project Introduction:

Pingdu New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Industrial Park is the first high-end park project decided to be built by Pingdu City after the implementation of the major strategic deployment of new and old kinetic energy conversion in the province. Through high-quality project attraction and high-level operation management, it creates a county model of “open”, “growth” and “sharing” smart ecological park. The total planned land area is about 2,000 acres, involving industries such as vehicle manufacturing, auto parts, high-end textiles, intelligent manufacturing, and biomedicine, which has initially formed a gathering area for modern high-end industries and Pingdu’s traditional advantageous industries.

Project Type:

This project type is a heating and cooling project, and the building area required for heating and cooling for the project is 19,484 square meters. Based on the on-site survey and full communication with Party A, we optimized the design plan, saving Party A’s initial investment to the greatest extent, and giving full play to the energy-saving performance of the air source heat pump. When designing, we first consider the cold load required for cooling according to the characteristics and advantages of the air energy unit, and then supplement it with the heat load required for heating. In areas with cold winters and hot summers, the cooling load of buildings is often greater than the heating load, so the number of units required in summer is greater than the units used for winter heating. Based on the above reasons, when we match the air energy units, we first determine the number of air energy cooling and heating air conditioning units based on the summer cooling load to meet the entire building, and then calculate whether the heating capacity of the cooling and heating units meets the heating requirements, which is the best solution.

Project content:

Design, supply, transportation, loading and unloading, construction and installation, operation and commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, warranty, personnel training and other related services of air source heat pump unit heating and cooling system.

The indoor heating temperature in winter is 20±2℃, and in summer it meets 24±2℃. The designers conduct on-site surveys in advance, and reasonably configure the units according to the actual situation of the purchaser’s site, and fully consider the local climate to meet the requirements of winter heating and summer cooling. The “air source heat pump + fan coil” type is adopted to achieve the two-way function of winter heating and summer cooling.

The project started system design in June 2021, was completed and debugged in mid-October, and has been operating normally since then. The entire system has been operating in an energy-saving and efficient state, and the indoor temperature has reached the technical indicators agreed in the contract.
