Urban building carbon neutrality and energy-saving solutions
Project introduction:
The eyelash industry is a long-standing characteristic industry in Pingdu City. For every 10 pairs of false eyelashes in the world, at least 7 pairs come from Pingdu. In order to promote the agglomeration, development, transformation and upgrading of this traditional advantageous industry, Qingdao Beauty Online New Economy Industrial Park was built to strive to create a world eyelash production and sales center, and further polish the golden signboard of “China’s Beauty Products (Eyelash) Industry Capital·Pingdu”.
This project type is a heating, cooling and fresh air project. The building area required for heating and cooling is 10,000 square meters. According to the on-site survey and full communication with Party A, considering the cooling and heating use of the office area and the exhibition area, we optimized the design plan, saving Party A’s initial investment to the greatest extent, and also making the energy-saving performance of the air source heat pump fully utilized. In this way, the disadvantages of other manufacturers on the market adding heating function units with complex systems and frequent switching modes are changed. When designing, we first consider the cold load required for cooling according to the characteristics and advantages of air energy units, and then supplement them with the heat load required for heating.
In areas with cold winters and hot summers, the cooling load of buildings is often greater than the heating load, so the number of units required in summer is greater than the units used for winter heating. Based on the above reasons, when we match the air energy units, we first determine the number of air energy cooling and heating air conditioning units based on the summer cooling load to meet the entire building, and then calculate whether the heating capacity of the cooling and heating units meets the heating requirements, which is the best solution.
Project content:
Design, supply, transportation, loading and unloading, construction and installation, operation and commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, warranty, personnel training and other related services of the air source heat pump unit heating and cooling fresh air system.
Quality requirements: meet the current national standards and be qualified.
The indoor heating temperature in winter is 20±2℃, and in summer it meets 24±2℃. The designers conduct on-site surveys in advance, and reasonably configure the units according to the actual situation of the purchaser’s site, and fully consider the local climate to meet the requirements of winter heating and summer cooling. The “Dingxin Sunshine” ultra-low temperature air source heat pump unit is configured as the heat source equipment for this project; in order to ensure the rationality, scientificity, flexibility and applicability of the heating system design, a series of design and configuration scheme comparisons and recommendations were made for the heating system of the building, and finally the “air source heat pump + energy storage water tank + fan coil” type was adopted to achieve the two-way function of winter heating and summer cooling.
The system design of the project started in August 2022, and was completed and debugged in mid-October, and has been operating normally since then. The entire system has been operating in an energy-saving and efficient state, and the indoor temperature has reached the technical indicators agreed in the contract. The operating cost is much lower than the operating cost of centralized heating.
